This ravioli in creamy Tuscan sauce is rich and comforting, featuring tender ravioli coated in a garlic-Parmesan cream sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. Perfect for Italian pasta nights.
Ingredients

1 lb cheese or spinach ravioli

1 tbsp olive oil

2–3 garlic cloves, minced

½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes (optional), halved

1 cup heavy cream

½ tsp Italian seasoning

2 cups fresh baby spinach

½ cup grated Parmesan

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh basil, chili flakes (optional)

Reserved pasta water, as needed
Instructions

Cook ravioli and reserve ½ cup pasta water.

Sauté garlic and optional cherry tomatoes in olive oil.

Add sun-dried tomatoes and deglaze with wine or broth.

Stir in cream and seasoning; simmer 3–5 minutes.

Add spinach and Parmesan. Stir until wilted and thickened.

Gently toss in cooked ravioli. Add pasta water if needed.

Serve with basil and extra Parmesan.
Notes
Use fresh ravioli for best results. Customize with mushrooms, chicken, or shrimp. Adjust sauce thickness with reserved pasta water.
