Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef

1 cup uncooked jasmine or brown rice

1 red bell pepper, diced

Instructions

Cook rice according to package instructions.

Brown ground beef in oil over medium heat; drain excess fat.

Add garlic and cook 1 minute.

Stir in soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and sriracha.

Add veggies and stir-fry 5–7 minutes until just tender.
